In the Action stage, students transform the knowledge, investigation findings, and ideas developed in the previous stages into tangible learning products.

The design provides differentiated creation pathways according to learners’ developmental needs: older students use AI-assisted webpage tools to organize their investigation clues into a complete digital webpage, while younger students create through a more intuitive and accessible Photo Wall using a material library, image uploads, cutout tools, and drag-and-drop interactions.

Through the process of “investigate → organize → create → communicate,” technology becomes more than a tool for accessing information—it serves as a learning scaffold that enables students to actively create, express, and apply what they have learned.
